3rd Annual Ugly Sweater Pairing Dinner

Chef Hutson orchestrates a 5-course meal perfectly paired with an Old Ellsworth Brewing Company beer or perfectly aged wine from Arizona Stronghold Vineyards. Feel free to choose beer for one course and wine for another.

Your beer or wine pairing choices will be described with each course.

BE SURE TO WEAR YOUR UGLY CHRISTMAS SWEATERS!!! 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes will be awarded for creativity and festivity.

COURSE ONE – Stuffed Mushroom Florentine. Mushrooms filled with spinach, onion, pancetta and Gruyere cheese over parmesan cream.

COURSE TWO – Arugula Salad with Apple, dried cranberry, almond slivers & manchego cheese, with maple dijon dressing.

COURSE THREE – Tagliatelle Pasta with cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic oil, feta cheese & balsamic reduction.

COURSE FOUR – Choice of –
1. Smoke Cured Alaskan Salmon and fried brussels sprouts with bacon and hot honey.
2. Wild Mushroom Chicken Marsala with snow peas.

COURSE FIVE – White Chocolate Cranberry Cheesecake.

$55 per person. No Vegan or Vegetarian Options. Seating is at 6:00 p.m. Dinner service begins at 6:30 p.m. Additional alcohol may be purchased for regular price. Seating-type is first come, first serve only. No Refunds (1 exception only: government shutdown).
