I know you’re looking at new builds and you want to buy one. You want to get something nice, no deferred maintenance. You can just move in and love your house, but no one likes to go into the sales office. It’s annoying. All right. So right now we are in the Fulton community. It’s called Promenade. Great little community. It’s got tons of great amenities, and this floor plan is the Jericho.
This is their number one selling house and about 60% of everything they’re building is this layout because it’s so popular. It features just over 1900 sq. Ft. Has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and even an open study area. I love the kitchen and I love this open concept. Nice big island to entertain that you can kind of all be together when you’re with your family and friends. House features a lot of nice stuff, too. They’re all standard nine-foot ceilings, eight-foot standard doors, a walk-in pantry, a nice big walk-in laundry room, good size master bedroom, and a master bathroom. If you want to go outside. All of them come with a large covered patio, which is nice in Arizona. We need to get out of that sun and you spend so much time outside in Arizona because the weather is so nice.
Now, let’s talk about timing and price. The Jericho starts at just about 490K and can kind of move up from there depending on what you do. And right now, they’re saying that July is when they’re going to release their specs. They release their homes once they’re framed so they know pricing and they can be a little more accurate with the competition dates. And then from there, it’s about twelve months until you’re getting your keys and you’re moving in on their build time. Right out behind where we’re at in these models is the community pool. It’s got a little splash pad, a great time for kids. There’s also a sand volleyball court, and a pickleball court, and then they even have nice covered areas for the kids to go play. We just want to give you information, help you make that informed decision, and be able to be excited about your house.
